Why I built Intertrak
I built Intertrak on my own service drive.
Every inspection turned up real work — worn pads, a soft brake pedal, a propane regulator past its date, a slide seal starting to weep. Customers approved the urgent stuff and deferred the rest. Then the deferred jobs walked. Sticky notes didn't catch them. Spreadsheets didn't either. The CRM was built for sales, not service.
So I built the tool I wished my techs already had. Inspect on the floor with photos. Send the customer a photo-backed report to their phone. Track every approve, defer, decline. Follow up when the customer's actually thinking about it again.
It changed how we ran the drive. Now it's a product for shops that need the same thing.
