Needs immediate attention
Safety- or failure-critical. We recommend addressing now.
Driver-side slide-out seal
Top seal on driver-side slide is delaminating along a 14-inch section. Visible water staining on the interior wall below the seam — active intrusion likely. Replacement strongly recommended before next trip; failure to address risks subfloor rot and ceiling damage.
$810.00
Service soon
Not critical today, but worth scheduling on your next visit.
Propane line — connection at regulator
Soap-bubble test shows a slow leak at the brass fitting where the high-pressure line meets the regulator. Reading at 0.4 psi/min loss. Tightened and re-tested; fitting is worn and needs replacement. Do not use the LP system until repaired.
$303.00
Front brake pads — both sides
Pads measure 4mm front-left and 3.5mm front-right. Manufacturer minimum is 3mm. Rotors are within spec but showing minor scoring. Recommend replacement at next service interval, or sooner if you have a long trip planned.
$480.00
Awning fabric — driver side
Awning fabric shows UV degradation and a 6-inch tear along the leading edge. Mechanism operates correctly. Recommend fabric replacement before next season; the tear will propagate with use.
$795.00
Water pump — slow weep at outlet fitting
Pump operates correctly and holds pressure. Small but consistent weep at the outlet fitting. Likely just a worn O-ring on the fitting; pump itself does not need replacement. Easy fix at next service.
$130.50
House battery — voltage drop under load
Battery tested at 12.4V at rest, drops to 11.6V under a 20-amp load (DC fridge + interior lights). Battery is 3 years old (group 31 AGM). Not failing yet but performance is degrading; expect reduced boondocking time. Consider replacement next season.
$360.00
Looks good
These items checked out — nothing to do right now.
Tires — tread depth and sidewall condition
All six tires measure 8/32" or better. DOT codes within 4 years (manufactured 2022). No sidewall cracking, no flat spots, even wear pattern. Inflation set to door-jamb spec.
Smoke + CO/LP detectors
All three detectors test functional. Smoke and CO units have current batteries. LP detector reads in spec. Recommended replacement dates marked on each unit; next change due 2027.
Onan generator — start, run, load test
Generator started on first attempt cold. Held 120V output under a 1500W test load for 20 minutes with no exhaust smoke or unusual vibration. Hour meter reads 142h. Service label current.
